Parents desirous of withdrawing their child on transfer / Shifting or any other reason should give a clear calender month's notice in writing before withdrawal of their ward from the school falling which one month's fee will be charged in lieu there of.

Fee is to be paid 12 calendar months. No T.C. shall be issued unless all dues have been cleared upto date.
